with aggressiveness and dedication. His goal is to win every client battle
- and his relentless hard work, diligence, focus and perseverance will
continue to result in success for his clients.
Gary A. Magnuson's family are centennial cattle ranchers and farmers
in Texas. From the time he was very young, he was taught the value of
determination, dedication, persistence, discipline and hard work. These
values and virtues played out throughout his education through college,
graduate school and law school during which Gary supported himself 100%
throughout all of his educational undertakings. He is a graduate of The
University of Texas School of Law, The Harvard Business School (with Highest
Distinction and named a Baker Scholar) and the University of Minnesota

the State of Texas and the United States.
Gary continues to prioritize philanthropy by supporting programs related
to orphans and foster children, education, food and the needs of the elderly.
His philosophy is that we all are commanded to "… give justice
to the weak, and maintain the rights of the afflicted and destitute ..."
In addition to being a member of the State Bar of Texas, Gary also received
a Certified Public Accountant (C.P.A.) certification and began his career
